Olympic Tokyo 2021
A zine made of some photographs taken during the delayed Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games.
Looking back to these pictures, I thought it would be interesting to see them in printed form, as a real document of those difficult days in everyone’s life. In 2019, I got “lucky” enough to be granted the opportunity to buy tickets to four games at Tokyo 2020. A few months later we all know what happened. The games were postponed and in the last week before the start, government decided that all events in Tokyo would be held with no spectators. At that time I was trying to find some beauty on the streets as a way to make sense of everything that was happening.

Any purchase would help me a lot. Thank you!
We were all facing a faceless enemy, who widely outnumbered the security measures and its personnel. And despite all of that, some people were just trying to move on with their lives; some unaware, some forcing themselves not to look at this issue properly.
