Kobe, October/2021.
Kobe is one of those places in Japan that have everything: mountains, beach, nature, vibrant city life, west and Chinese neighborhoods and great food.
The first time I visited the city was in 2019, just for one day, nicely spent around the Meriken Park. Now I had the opportunity to really explore other places like the "Chinese” Nankinmachi, the shopping-restaurants area around Sannomiya Station, a west-oriented neighborhood (western culture left deep marks in the city) and the beautiful Awaji Island through the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
These photos are just from the Nankinmachi and Sannomiya Hondori, where the street life was pulsing, even after pandemics.
I hope you like this small collection.
